With the successful completion of Church building (PP2) Phnom Penh 7th and 8th North District University and (PP4) Radio Tower 4th and 11th Branch already completion work, the company on 24-November 2008 initiated work of a 462-sq m Meeting House in Takhmau town (PP3), in Kandal Province. This project is being implemented in coordination with international subcontractor MEC International, which is responsible for the electric and water supply systems. They have successfully undertaken similar assignments on the previous Church Meeting Houses for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Other recent projects include the construction of laterite lanes in Kro Kor community and supply, spreading and compaction of laterite lanes in Kong Keah Phos community, Lane 136z, Roads 150,225 and 221 and Veal Veng laterite. For the source of fund for supporting road construction sponsoring by the NCHS/UDP/CARERE/UK DFID PHNOM PENH URBAN POOR COMMUNITIES AND MUNICIPALTY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
